CEMENT DELIVERY SYSTEM:

• Our system is so accurate that it has passed the CALTRAN C 109 specification (cement content cannot vary more than a plus or minus .5% in four repeated tests).
• All cement contents can be completely emptied from the cement bin, as may be required.
• All Roadmaster concrete mixers are capable of performing at DOT specifications
• A hydraulic motor drives our cement delivery system (standard feature) giving our mixer infinite flexibility in design mixes and overall lower maintenance costs.

ADVANCED MIXING AUGER:

• Our solid flighting and shear design enables our machine to produce and deliver concrete at a high angle.
• A Roadmaster concrete mixer can produce concrete at a full rate of delivery when the mixing auger is at a 45-degree angle (six foot end height), up to an 8” slump. This is extremely important if the unit is required to feed a pumper.
